For most modern vehicles using full synthetic, we recommend every 8,000–10,000 km or 6 months, whichever comes first. European vehicles with long-life specs can go up to 15,000 km — we follow your manufacturer's specification.

Viscosity alone is not enough. Many cars — especially BMW, Mercedes, VW and Audi — need oil with a specific manufacturer approval printed on the bottle, like BMW LL-01 or MB 229.5. We use Mobil 1, Quaker State and Liqui Moly full synthetic and pick the one approved for your engine.
